Welcome to AI Stock Keywords. By accessing or using our website (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Overview of Services
AI Stock Keywords provides an AI-based tool for automatically attaching metadata (titles, descriptions, and keywords) to images (the "Service"). The Service is designed to improve image visibility and streamline workflows for content creators. By uploading your images, our AI analyzes and generates metadata which can be downloaded as part of a paid package.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any images you upload do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the AI-generated metadata provided by the Service for any commercial purposes other than as agreed.
4. AI-Generated Metadata
The Service generates metadata for your uploaded images using AI. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision or reliability of the titles, descriptions, or keywords generated by the AI. The metadata is provided "as-is" and should be used at your own discretion.
5. Packages and Pricing
We offer different packages for processing images:
- Small Package: 100 images for $1.00
- Medium Package: 1,000 images for $2.00
- Large Package: 5,000 images for $4.00
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payments are required in advance to access the selected package.
6. Payments and Refund Policy
Payments for packages are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a package, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (or Stripe) to charge your selected payment method.
We do not store your credit card information. Stripe will handle the payment details according to their privacy policy, which can be found here.
Refunds are offered under limited circumstances. If you experience a technical issue with the Service that prevents you from accessing your purchased package or using the Service as intended, please contact us at hello@aistockkeywords.com within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including the AI model, website content, and any generated metadata (excluding uploaded images), are owned by AI Stock Keywords. By using the Service, you do not gain any ownership of these intellectual property rights.
You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload, and we do not store these images once the metadata processing is complete.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
AI Stock Keywords disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Stock Keywords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms, which by their nature should survive termination, will survive.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Krakow, Poland.
